1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sieve platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. User Accounts
To use most features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Platform Services
Sieve provides a marketplace to connect clients, professionals ("professional"), and reviewers. We are not a party to the contracts for services between users. We do not control the quality, timing, legality, or any other aspect of the services provided by professional, nor of the integrity, responsibility, or any of the actions of users.
4. Payments and Fees
Clients are responsible for paying for the services they order through the platform. Sieve processes payments and charges a service fee. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our policies. Reviewers may earn rewards for their contributions, subject to the platform's policies.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You agree to be respectful and professional in all communications and interactions with other users.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sieve platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sieve Scientific Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant Sieve a license to use it in connection with providing the platform services.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sieve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to use the platform after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
